"NATIONAL ELECTRIC INSTRUMENT CO./ LONG ISLAND, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A./ 110 VOLT ALTERNATING CURRENT/ NO. 2 HEAVY DUTY TRANSFORMER/ 50-60 CYCLE 200 WATTS" cast in raised print on back. "SPRING-ACTION/ PAT. NO. 2032470" cast in raised print on plug.
