Markings: None on individual tongue depressors. Collection stored in 2-part Mazon soap box; box bears typewritten label "Tongue/ Depressors/ TRAVERSE CITY STATE HOSPITAL/ TRAVERSE CITY, MICH." Box also bears UHN catalogue no. "1998.10.8" printed by hand in lead pencil on lower edge of box top side panel.
