"DR. ROGERS'/ Tycos/ SPHYGMOMANOMETER/ No 23404/ PATENTED./ DEC. 21- 1915./ SEPT. 11- 1917./ MADE IN U.S.A./ M/M" printed on dial face. Gauge scale 20-300 divided in increments of 2, and labelled at intervals of 20. "PST/ REVELL" and other illegible markings crudely recorded by hand on back of gauge casing. "[logo]/ GERMANY" and "KROME" stamped into artery forceps 2002.0713. "D.G.R." crudely incised in one arm of forceps. UHN catalogue no. "990.5.59" printed by hand in white ink on gauge casing back.

Appears complete. NB: gauge has become separated from cuff [now marked .2]

Bright brass coloured metal casing; white metal (?) gauge face has black markings, blued metal indicator needle and clear synthetic window; silver metal [stainless steel?] artery forceps fitted with brown synthetic ring attached to suspension loop [2002.0713.001]; remnant of black rubber tubing.
