This artifact was used to attach the base of the mount to either a dashboard or a windshield. The other half of the mount would attach to its ball joint and hold the Garmin Nüvi 3400 system while it was being used in a vehicle. Finish

An artifact made of black synthetic material with a circular base. A synthetic ball joint attached to a curved arm that extends from the middle of the artifact. A synthetic lever behind the arm is held in place with a metal bar. The lever allows the suction cup gel under its base to attach to either a windshield or a dashboard. On the back of the lever are markings for the manufacturing country of the artifact. A small synthetic tongue also extends from the back of the base of the artifact. Un artefact fait avec un matériel synthétique de couleur noire. L'objet a une base circulaire et un joint à rotule qui est attaché à un bras courbé qui ressort du milieu de la base. Le bras et le joint à rotule sont faits avec un matériel synthétique de la même couleur que la base. Un levier synthétique en arrière du bras est tenu en place avec une tige en métal. Le levier permet le gel aspirant sous base du support à être fixé à un pare-brise ou un tableau de bord de voiture. Sur le dos du levier il y a aussi des marques du manufacturier pour noter le pays de construction de l'artefact. En dernier, une petite langue synthétique ressort du dos de la base de l'objet.
