Technical

The bolts are used in underground mines to support walls and ceiling. The bolts are inserted into a drilled hole filled with polyester resin. The grout works as an anchor between the rock and the bolt. It also prevents the bolt from unwinding under pressure. The bolt has to withstand high pressure, and both, the bolt and grout, have to be strong and flexible enough to absorb seismic events, but hold the rock in place. Roofex is designed in such a way that it can carry tension on both ends, or that the load is distributed evenly along the bolt. Ces boulons sont utilisés dans les mines souterraines pour renforcer les murs et plafonds. Les boulons sont insérés dans des trous foré qui sont remplis avec une résine de polyester. Le coulis va ancrée la roche au boulon pour s'assurer que le boulon ne se déroule pas sous pression. Le boulon doit résister a une énorme pression et le coulis doit travailler avec le boulon et être assez flexible pour absorber les événements séismiques et quand même tenir la roche en place. Les boulons Roofex son conçu pour tenir une tension des deux côtés du boulon ou de s'assurer une bonne répartition du chargement.

Finish

A long and smooth metal bolt with a beveled square top head and four pronged teeth at its base. The stem of the bolt widens two thirds of the way down the bolt and the enlarged part has several holes in it. Un boulon en métal qui est long et lisse qui a une tête carrée qui est biseautée ainsi que quatre dents pointues vers sa base. La manche du boulon élargi a deux tiares de sa longueur. La manche a plusieurs trous circulaires.
