THIS IS PROBABLY A FRENCH COPY OF GESTETNER'S CYCLOSTYLE DUPLICATOR (1881) OR LATER NEW-CYCLOSTYLE (1888) WHICH EMPLOYED AN IMPROVED STYLUS. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE LID OF THE BOX CLAIM THAT 3000 COPIES CAN BE MADE 'SANS MANIPULATIONS' PROBABLY MEANING WITHOUT CHANGING STENCILS. THIS GESTETNER QUOTED 2000. DAVID GESTETNER WAS THE PIONEER OF STENCIL DUPLICATING EQUIPMENT. - Area Notes
