THE RACK UNIT ACTS AS A STORAGE BUFFER BETWEEN AN EXTERNAL COMPUTER CONTROLLED DATA SOURCE AND A CONVENTIONAL TELEVISION MONITOR. DATA IS STORED IN RANDOM ACCESS MEMORIES WHICH ARE READ CONTINUOUSLY TO GIVE VIDEO DATA WHICH CONSTANTLY REFRESHES A DISPLAYED PICTURE.
