"148" printed by hand on white label applied to case front, near carrying handle. "MADE IN U.S.A." printed on silver decal applied to case back. "1187" crudely incised on bottom portion of lock and latches; "2175" also incised on upper portion of lock; "900/ 111/ 122" also incised on upper portion of latches.
