Provient de la maison de la famille Lindenberger située à Hamilton, Ontario. Cette famille décida de s'établir au Canada après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Menek (Joseph) Lindenberger venait de la Pologne et son épouse venait de la Lithuanie. Le lave-vaisselle a été trouvé dans le sous-sol de leur deuxième maison située à Hamilton. La compagnie Spaulding existait déjà en 1946 et vendait des rasoirs électriques. En 1956, la firme offrait également de la vaisselle en mélamine. La compagnie semble avoir fait faillite vers 1964-1965. This unit comes from the Lindenberg family home in Hamilton Ontario. This family would settle in Canada after the Second World War. Menek (Joseph) Lindenberger was from Poland and his wife was from Lithuania. The dishwasher was found in the basement of their second home in Hamilton. The Spaulding company existed as of 1946 and sold electric razors. In 1956, the company also sold dishes in melamine. The company went bankrupt around 1964-1965. - Function

Permet le lavage de la vaisselle sans installation spéciale et à un prix abordable. L'appareil est posé sur le comptoir et l'eau provient du robinet de cuisine au moyen d'un boyau. Il était suffisament large pour contenir quatre à cinq couverts. La vente de lave-vaisselle automatique pour comptoir a commencé vers les années 1940. Différents concepts ont été offerts mais la plupart était par l'eau venant du robinet de cuisine. Ils sont encore offerts en 2018 et permettent aux personnes ayant moins d'espace ou moyens financiers d'avoir un lave-vaisselle. Allows for the automatic cleaning of dishes at an affordable price without any special installation. The unit is set on the kitchen countertop and the water is supllied from the tap via a hose. The dishwasher is large enough to contain four to five containers. Automatic dishwashers for kitchen countertops started during the 1940s. Other concepts were introduced, but most where supplied by water coming directly from the tap. They are still sold as of 2018 and allow people with fixed income, or people with limited kitchen space, to have a dishwasher. - Area Notes

- Light pink synthetic exterior. Beige synthetic base and lid. Lid is perforated. Beige knob on steel valve connector. White synthetic metal dishrack inside dishwasher. Dishrack does not come out easily. Extérieur synthétique rose pâle. Base et couvercle en synthétique beige. Le couvercle est perforé. Bouton beige sur connecteur de tube en acier. Égouttoir blanc synthétique à l'intérieur du lave-vaisselle. L'égouttoir ne sort pas facilement.
