Dial faceplate marked 1 through o, A through P, and R through Y, and "OPERATOR". "139" marked on underside of telephone body.

Finish: SMOOTH BLACK MOLDED CASING AND HANDSET. BLACK METAL DIAL AND BACKPLATE. WHITE DIAL FACE HAS RED AND BLACK MARKINGS. BROWN LEATHER PADS.
