JANY. 14 1879/ 1879 AND IN/ ENGLAND FRANCE BELGIUM AUSTRIA GERMANY ITALY". "O.S.U. 10203" stamped into one plate. "WESTON/ DYNAMO-ELECTRIC/ MACHINE./ UNITED STATES/ ELECTRIC LIGHTING CO./ NEW YORK./ MANUFACTURERS./ WESTON FACTORY/ NEWARK, N.J." cast in raised print on one end panel of frame. "1773" stamped into small cast plate located below shaft. Right facing directional arrow stamped into small cast plate above shaft. * cont'd in Comments.
