This artifact was manufactured by Creed & Co. Ltd., a company started by Canadian-born inventor named Frederick George Creed. He was born in Mill Village, Nova Scotia, in 1871. Technical

The economized battery consumption greatly improved communications and operation times. This electromagnetic relay has a type E coil, which has a resistance of 100 ohms. It is mounted with a second E type relay on a rectangular base that accommodates two relays. This particular relay is unique in that the relay case has a mechanical adjustment to slightly change the position of the magnet to alter the relay sensitivity. The case would also fit any Creed 27 type relay that uses the "U" shaped magnet. Finish

Two relays made of metal that have a hinged lid on their top. A black synthetic knob is on the proper left side of the base of both relays. Inside the relay two additional knobs of the same material are visible for both relays. The knobs have white lettering on them. Both relays are fastened to a wooden base that is painted black. Two synthetic cables extend from the wooden base. Both cables have a metal adapter piece with five metal teeth. One cable extends from the proper bottom right corner of the base while the other extends from in between both relays. Deux relais faits en métal qui ont une tête qui ouvre grâce à une charnière. Un bouton noir fait en matériel synthétique est visible sur le bon côté gauche de chaque relais. À l'intérieur de la tête des deux relais il y a deux boutons faits avec le même matériel que ceux sur la base des relais. Les boutons ont un lettrage blanc. Les deux relaient sont fixés à une base en bois qui est peinturé noir. Deux câbles synthétiques ressortent de la base et ont cinq dents métalliques sur leurs morceaux adaptatrices. Un câble ressort du coin du bon côté droit de la base et l'autre ressort du milieu de la base entre les deux relais.
