Used to seal bolts and support walls and ceiling of an underground mine. Utiliser pour sceller des boulons et renforcer les murs et les plafonds dans les mines souterraines.

Technical

This proprietary grout is used with bolts in underground mines to support walls and ceiling. The bolts are inserted into a drilled hole filled with grout. The grout works as an anchor between the rock and the bolt. It also prevents the bolt from unwinding under pressure. The bolt has to withstand high pressure, and both, the bolt and grout, have to be strong and flexible enough to absorb seismic events, but hold the rock in place. Ce coulis propriétaire est utilisé avec des boulons dans les mines souterraines pour renforcer les murs et plafonds. Les boulons sont insérés dans des trous foré qui sont remplis avec du coulis. Le coulis va ancrée la roche au boulon pour s'assurer que le boulon ne se déroule pas sous pression. Le boulon doit résister a une énorme pression et le coulis doit travailler avec le boulon et être assez flexible pour absorber les événements séismiques et quand même tenir la roche en place.

Finish

A white synthetic bag that is partially transparent holds two bags of grey coloured composite grout inside of them. The composite is half black and half grey and is sealed at both ends with metal ties. Un sac synthétique de couleur blanche qui est partiellement transparente retiens deux sacs de coulis de couleur grise fait avec du matériel en composite à l'intérieur. La composite est noire et grise et il est scellé avec des attaches métalliques aux deux bouts.
