Collecting new technologies has been defined as priority by Ingenium senior management. This artifact was demonstrated and used by visitors at CSTMC during the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Curators on the floor events. Function

An EEG sensor is used in conjunction with a proprietary app to activate/deactivate and control a toy drone helicopter. Puzzlebox Orbit is an educational toy that combines a brain-controlled helicopter with open hardware, software and teaching material. Technical

This is the orb that uses your focused brain waves to remotely control its flight. An included headband and earlobe clip measures electrical activity produced by your brain (similar to EEG monitoring technology used by medical professionals). A downloaded app converts an iPhone or Android device into a remote control that pairs with the headband via Bluetooth. As you relax and concentrate, an included infrared transmitter connected to your smartphone's audio port sends a wireless signal to the UFO. The app provides a control panel that allows you to adjust the throttle, yaw, and pitch thresholds of the UFO's propellers, adjust the sensitivity of concentration, and filter background electromagnetic interference. Ceci est l'orbe qui utilise les ondes cérébrales pour contrôler son vol à distance. Lightweight circular drone made primarily from a black synthetic exterior frame. The main center stem of the drone has black synthetic propellers attached. The propellers have grey text. The bottom of the main center stem has an electronic hub with electronic wires. The drone has numerous silver metal screws. Drone circulaire léger fabriqué principalement d'un extérieur noir synthétique. La tige principale au milieu du drone a des hélices noirs synthétiques attachées. Les hélices ont de l'écriture grise.
