Number plate in shape of "2" screwed to casing. Red dymo tape labels on generator read "MC.5.2" & "SHUNT". "DE LAVAL STEAM TURBINE CO./ NEW YORK" cast in raised print on both sides of base. Some components bear individual casting nos.: all prefaced by letter "K". Decal on unit reads "THE HYDRO/ HISTORICAL/ ELECTRICAL/ COLLECTION". "NON CONDENSING" cast in raised print on valve handles.
