This group of objects is typical of what a winter commuter would need to equip and maintain his or her bike for snow, ice, and cold temperatures. Technical

Sprockets are commonly sold as a set called a “cassette”. The CS-HG62 is an example of a hyper glide-cassette, a sprocket design that allows the chain to engage two adjacent sprockets simultaneously, and uses a ‘splined’ or ridged lock ring as well as an internal screw to attach the cassette to the rear hub. The hyper glide system was introduced by Shimano in the 1980s and involves shaping individual teeth differently on the same sprocket, and forming ramps into the sides of the sprockets to facilitate downshifting. Matching teeth also have to align between adjacent sprockets; teeth are identified by letter and number to facilitate this alignment. The hyper glide cassette ultimately produced “smoother, quieter, and faster shifting”. Des tambours d'entraînement peuvent être vendus en groupe et aussi appeler des cassettes. A cassette sprocket made of silver coloured metal that is contained in its original packaging. It is circular in shape and has a black metal ring with white letting in its center. The packaging is made of clear synthetic material as well as a paper box that is grey in colour. The packaging has black, white and blue lettering on its front and sides.
