Markings

UHN catalogue no. "982.27.4" printed by hand in black ink on toe of splint. "CN S" cast in raised print on one side of each butterfly nut.

Missing

Appears complete, however fabric straps would have been used with this splint.

Finish

Silver metal wire mesh splint is adjustable in both length and angle. Silver metal butterfly nuts secure adjustments along sides and provide anchor point for straps. Rod extending length of splint fitted to back: adjustments are made by means of a silver metal screw.
